The bags are fine, afterall they are just vacuum cleaner bags. Not really much that can be wrong with them. My problem was with the merchant that shipped them (not Amazon but one of the partner business that sells products through Amazon). It took what seemed like forever to get the bags. It took 13 days to receive them and that's with paying for shipping. Other than that, everthing was fine.

I tried to put the e-mail exchange I had with the seller here, but Amazon denied it. I rated the seller as requested by Amazon, and their customer service manager sent me an e-mail chastising me for not giving them a stellar review on shipping. They use USPS Priority Mail, which isn't the most reliable. Bottom line, the product is just fine, but the seller has very poor customer service practices. If you can find this product elsewhere, do so.

These are replacement bags for the Eureka 4870 series. The thing about this product is it's a 9-pack that's priced very well. Go to your local store and you'll probably spend at least twice as much. I was very happy to get such a good buy.

I've used this type of bag now for over two and a half years; it seems to do a very good job of capturing the dirt and dust.
I've noticed that the secondary filters to the room and the motor do not seem to collect much dust at all. I attribute that to the good job this bag is doing.
I've found it easy to install in the Eureka 4870 and intend to buy more just like this when my present supply runs out.
It unobtrusively does its job very well.

The price was right, shipping fast, and they work as well as Eureka bags. What else can you say? It's tough to get excited over vacuum cleaner bags.
What's with the zip-lock bag?? Do they go stale?
